We Are Looking For Parent Representatives!
Earn Up To $500 Per Year!

The Berrien RESA ECE Advisory Council Parent Representative’s Role Is To:

  • Attend meetings 4 times a year for 1 ½ hours each meeting.  Meetings are currently held at the Berrien RESA.  
  • Be able to commit to attending at least 75% of the meetings and complete at least a 1 year term.
  • Be able to communicate with Committee Chair through email.
  • Bring your valuable perspective as a parent and community member to the Advisory Council.
  • Share your experiences, ideas, and voice in ways that will help the RESA Early Childhood Programs provide the highest quality services to the families of Berrien County.
  • Serve as a community voice by providing information about your role and the Berrien RESA Early Childhood programs to the parents and professionals in your network.

What Do We Do?

Through high quality programs, leadership and expertise, we partner with families, schools, and community agencies to ensure that all children, birth through third grade, thrive and reach their potential.

Birth To Three

Birth to Three Services supports families with children under the age of 3 by partnering with parents and caregivers. We work together with parents to advocate for their family and child around needs and supports for school readiness and community connections. Services are focused around day to day routines and activities. 

We offer a range of services to support ALL families in the Berrien RESA service area.

  • Eligibility evaluations for Early On and Special Education
  • Ongoing assessment of child’s development
