The Berrien RESA Transition team provides support to local districts as students learn and practice essential skills within the work setting. Worksites are diverse and spread throughout Berrien County. Whether students volunteer, job shadow or participate in paid or unpaid work placements, students hone transferable skills that will support success throughout adulthood.
Support provided to students may include:
- Job coaching
- Group work settings
- Individual work settings
- Assistance with job searching, job applications, resume-building and interview practice
- Work-based learning evaluations to determine strengths and opportunities for growth
