The Berrien RESA Transition team works closely with area agencies to ensure students receive the support they need to transition smoothly to adulthood. Transitioning out of school can seem intimidating, but it doesn't have to be! Transition-age students (ages 16-26) can receive support from these agencies, depending on each individual's needs and goals.  This support can then continue into adulthood as needed.
