An attendance code must be marked in all programs at least on count day. The electronic attendance certification page is for a total of 6 weeks. The week before the count date, the count week of count and the 4 weeks following count week. Count weeks are defined as Wednesday to Tuesday.
The pupil membership count days are established in the State Aid Act as the 1st Wednesday in October and the 2nd Wednesday in February. A district not in session for any reason, other than conditions not within the control of school authorities, with approval of the State Superintendent, CANNOT count students in membership.
