Printing Services

Sure! We are glad to provide you with a quote to complete your job. Simply fill out the Printing Request & Quote Form. 

Completed print jobs will be sent to your district via the REMC Van delivery service.

If you need your print job sooner than your routine delivery date, you are welcome to pick up your print job at the Administrative Center located at 711 St. Joseph Avenue during regular business hours.

Schools outside of the REMC delivery route and non-profit groups are also welcome to pick-up completed print jobs during regular business hours. Customers will be contacted directly upon job completion.

The Berrien RESA Print Shop specializes in short-run print jobs. This means that we can provide copying and printing services for traditional education needs.

If you have a large quantity of items (over 4,000 copies or sets of materials), it may be more cost-effective to seek out a larger print shop.  Please note that the larger the job, the more time will be required to complete your order. Our shop is run by 1 person!

We cannot print:

• vinyl banners
• blueprints
• billboards
• or other oversized items
• wall calendars

Because Berrien RESA is a tax-funded educational institution, we cannot print materials for for-profit entities.

The Print Shop supports multiple file formats, however Adobe PDF is preferred. 

Our Printing Request & Quote Form will ask you for the following:

• quantity
• size
• paper type
• color preference (full color, black and white or colored paper)
• and finishing details

Berrien RESA does not require a PO number. (However, you should follow your school's Business Office internal guidelines/requirements before submitting your request.)

Files purchased from Teachers Pay Teachers require additional printing time. 

These files are set up for teachers to print themselves. Therefore, we have to modify the file setup to make them work. Unfortunately, the files are usually locked to prevent this, making it more complicated and time-consuming.
