Request for Proposals for the Development of a Public Awareness Campaign for a Childhood Literacy Initiative known as the Region #8 - Early Literacy HUB

1. Berrien RESA will receive proposals from qualified contractors for "Lighthouse Education Center Gym Floor Replacement" at the Berrien RESA Administration Center located at 711 St. Joseph Ave., Berrien Springs, MI, 49103. 2. Proposals must be mailed or delivered in person to Troy Boone at 711 St Joseph Ave. Berrien Springs, MI, 49103 address by 2 pm October 24, 2022. All proposals must be sealed in envelopes, plainly labeled "Lighthouse Education Center Gym Floor replacement" Evaluation of proposals and award will be at a later date. All Proposals shall be accompanied by a Sworn Statement disclosing Familial Relationships (attached) and Affidavit of Compliance-Iran Economic Sanctions Act & Iran Linked Business PA No. 517 of 2012 (attached). These are included at the end of this bid pack.
3. The schedule of work shall be as follows:

• Pre bid walk through Friday October 7, 2022.
• Bids due 2 pm Monday October 24, 2022 per section 2 above.
• Anticipated award within 1 week.
• Start of project December 26, 2022
• Completion of project January 6, 2023
• A pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:30pm on October 7, 2022 at Lighthouse Education Center, 379 W Glenlord Rd., St Joseph, Mi 49085.
