Early Childhood Education

NEW!  Positive Parenting Pilot

We at the Berrien RESA Early Childhood Education department have been offered a wonderful opportunity to participate in a pilot of a positive parenting program that was developed by a nationally recognized leader in the field of early childhood, Zero to Three (https://www.zerotothree.org/)

You know how to support your child. And we know how to support parents. Join us for a series of 10 workshops designed to help parents of babies and toddlers make the most of the first three years. You’ll:
  • Connect with other parents of young children.
  • Get guidance on your child’s temperament and development.
  • Find new ways to help your child learn through playtime.
  • Discover how to calm your little one when they are overwhelmed (and learn other strategies for managing challenging behavior).
  • Think about daily routines that make family life easier.

Starting soon for parents of kids from 8 months to 3 years of age! All online. All free. We are currently looking for parents that would like to participate in this pilot. If you are interested and/or would like more information, please fill out this form.
