Teacher and Support COVID-19 Grant

On November 9, 2020, eligible K-12 classroom teachers and K-12 school support staff were identified and the grant form (Form 5734) was put in their school mailboxes so that they could certify specific criteria in order to be eligible to receive the Teacher and Support COVID-19 Grant money.

The purpose of this notice is to provide an opportunity for any classroom teacher or support staff to appeal his/her eligibility status or FTE status.

Any appeal must be in writing and forwarded the Lynda Hurlow, Executive Director of Human Resources, no later than December 4, 2020.

If an appeal is received by December 4, 2020, Lynda will notify the staff person in writing, including a statement outlining the reason for ineligibility for the Grants.
