Videoconferencing is the answer.

Videoconference programs allow schools to connect to zoos, museums and other providers to bring guest experts and resources to the classroom. Classes can collaborate with peers nationally and internationally on curriculum-based projects.  In addition, educators can participate in statewide events, distance learning workshops, or arrange for a meeting or professional development event with the support of Berrien RESA.

The Berrien RESA is committed to providing high quality service to all schools in the service area.  Schools outside the service area can also be served in many different ways, email us to find out how.

REad around the planet

TWICE and Polycom are once again sponsoring Read Around the Planet.  This is a classroom to classroom connection to celebrate reading in the classroom.  You class will be connected to another school in the US or abroad.  Date for the event are: February 22 - March 7, 2012, with registration opening December 1, 2011.  To register, use the Sign up Through RESA link on the right.  For more information, click here or email me.
