Welcome to DataDirector

This website intends to serve as a place where you can find helpful resources about the use and application of DataDirector, resources on remediation strategies for students who failed the curriculum benchmark, and reports on the student achievement RESA wide and at individual districts.  

Assessment storage

Currently housing historical and current MEAP and ACT data.   

Districts have ability to create/import local assessment data.  

Dynamic Reporting Capabilities

Create a report on any student data stored in DataDirector including MEAP and ACT data, sub-group information, attendance, behavior, assessments, etc…

Link student demographic data to any other data in the system (grades, special ed, behavior, etc…)

PIVOT table report that compares grades to grades, grades to assessments, or assessments to assessments.

The MEAP Strand and GLCE Analysis identifies student performance on the MEAP strands and takes the report one level deeper in identifying performance on specific GLCEs.

The MEAP Percent Proficient Report shows MEAP proficiency levels by content, year, district, school, and grade along with multiple NCLB grouping options.

The MEAP Performance Summary Report allows you to identify the percentage of students that scored within a given performance band from one year to the next.

One click data download to desktop in Excel and PDF file formats.

Exams

Exam reports provide statistical reporting such as item analysis, response matrix, point bi-serial, etc.

The Exams section allows integration of exam data with all other data in the system.

Use exam data to identify patterns and trends and generate reports.

Test scanning using paper scanning and bubble sheets.

Link Michigan standards directly to teacher or administrator created assessments or exam questions.

Generate reports showing student achievement as it relates to Michigan standards.

Programs

Tracking of professional and student development, attendance/participation, and intervention program development.

Link program data to any data in DataDirector including exams and assessments.

User/Permission Management

Manage system usernames and passwords.

Integrated password retrieval system.

Permission for teachers and administrators which only have access to the sections and data that the district allows.
