It is our goal to keep Berrien RESA employees and the community in the loop regarding current and future projects.  Remodels, furniture resets, painting and the like can be less disruptive if you can plan ahead.  We will do our best to keep it updated.  Feel free to call or email if you want more specific information about any project.

2011-2012 Projects:

Blossomland Learning Center

• Installing a new control system for HVAC system.
• Installed new lockers in Gang Restrooms.
• New entrance matting.
• Renovated Playground Equipment.

 Lighthouse Education Center

• Installed new lighting in gym with occupancy sensors.
• Restripe parking lot.
• New entrance matting.

Administrative Center

• Replacement of five Heat Pumps.
• Painted Conference Room Hallways.
• New Partitions for Conference Room restrooms.
• Renovation of upper and lower levels.

Transportation Center

• Graded Parking Lot.
